She brings 9 years of Big 4 advisory experience, and more than 7 years of industry experience split between a high growth PE-backed large enterprise (Director-level), a multi-billion multi-national publicly-traded industrial company (AVP/VP level) and as a CFO at a highly entrepreneurial fast growing Swiss scale-up. She builds finance platforms that enable growth, strengthen resilience, and create lasting enterprise value.​​

Kamini is a Senior Data Scientist and AI Specialist with a PhD in Data Sciences and over a decade of experience delivering data-driven transformation for global enterprises, including Johnson & Johnson, Liberty Global, and Sunrise Communications.​ Kamini excels at translating complex analytical insights into actionable strategies for business leaders. Beyond her consulting work, Kamini is a dedicated mentor and speaker, supporting the next generation of professionals in applying AI and machine learning to real-world business problems.
